We are delighted to have helped Cocker Spaniel Loopy travel from Shanghai to Singapore for a happy reunion with her mom! As Loopy was initially too young to meet Singapore’s import requirements, she stayed at a local caretaker while we coordinated her health certifications and paperwork. Once she reached the eligible age and completed teething, her mom flew to China during the National Day holiday to bring her home personally.

During Loopy’s quarantine period, her mom visited often—even giving her a bath and spending quality time together. Now adjusted and almost done with quarantine, Loopy is ready to start her new life. This journey reflects not just logistics, but love and commitment. Thank you for trusting us every step of the way!

At 15 years old (equivalent to 75 in human years), Kumi has traveled from Australia to Vietnam, then Croatia with her mom—from Saigon’s lively streets to the sunny Mediterranean shores. Her white fur tells stories of time, but her mom’s love makes every day a new adventure.

Though Kumi could fly as a service dog for free, her mom chose to buy her a ticket—ensuring she travels with the utmost comfort and dignity. They wait together at the gate, take photos onboard, and even mealtime feels warmer with companionship. Now, as North America awaits, we are honored to continue supporting this unbreakable bond and their endless journey.
